We also share your information with our data management team who provides assist us in delivering our Services such as data storage, appointment reminders, secure messaging platforms, payment processing, or other mental healthcare-related functions. We will only share your information with providers who agree to strict data security and privacy requirements outlined in Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) compliant with applicable privacy laws.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to safeguard the safety of others. However, we will do so only within the permitted disclosures under applicable privacy laws and with your consent whenever possible.
