Our Story

Founded in 2007 by Michael Thevar MSW, OMNI Health Services Inc. started as a private, behavioural healthcare corporation.

Since then, OMNI has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its reach to encompass 17 clinics spanning from the USA to INDIA.

As an accredited organization by the Joint Commission (TJC), OMNI Health Services continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of individuals, celebrating over seventeen years of delivering quality mental health care and community service.

Founder & CEO

Mr. Michael Thevar

Mr. Michael Thevar built his successful career in the mental health industry over twenty years ago as a drug and alcohol counsellor. He has a long-standing history with the healthcare sector due to his previous experience of serving as a clinical service manager, along with establishing a successful healthcare staffing agency and co-founding Omni Staffing. Most recently, he established Omni Cares, a 501c3 charitable organisation.

Clinical Supervisor

Ms. Shreya Phadke

Ms. Shreya Phadke brings over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, specialising in counselling, therapy, testing, assessment, teaching, and training. She has also contributed to business development, managerial roles, and supervision. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, she works with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Currently, she serves as the Clinical Supervisor and Outpatient Therapist at Omni's Quakertown location in Pennsylvania, USA.

Clinical Director & Head Psychologist, India

Ms. Richika Gupta

Ms. Richika Gupta, our Clinical Director and Head Psychologist, brings over five years of expertise and a strong academic background in psychology. She specialises in self-worth issues, childhood trauma, stress, anxiety, mood disorders, infertility, vaginismus, IVF failures, pregnancy loss, and postnatal depression. In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Gupta plays a key role in business development, management, and supervision. She conducts workshops, facilitates support groups, mentors, and trains aspiring psychologists.

Committed to creating a nurturing environment, she ensures clients feel heard, valued, and supported, setting the gold standard for psychological care.

Mr. Nalin Kumar

Mr. Nalin Kumar, our company's management and administration supervisor, ensures seamless daily operations and maximized productivity. His extensive knowledge and dependable personality make him an unwavering support for both our staff and clients.

Mrs. Pearl Jesudas

Pearl, our Clinical Director and Head Psychologist at Omni Health Services South End Division, Coimbatore brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Literature, and Journalism from Kristu Jayanti College, and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Garden City University, Pearl has a strong academic foundation. Pearl's professional journey includes an enriching internship as a Counselling Psychologist, where strong therapeutic skills were developed. Having served as a Teaching Assistant at Garden City University, Pearl has also contributed to academia with a published research paper.

Currently, Pearl leads a dedicated team at Omni Health Services, Coimbatore committed to providing holistic mental health care and promoting overall well-being.
